Wordpress Web Developer for existing multilingual site

•    Expert knowledge of Wordpress customization (no just implementation) in both desktop and mobile platforms.
•    User driven, creative mindset. Meaning: Attention to details / solution-oriented mindset / Proactive to propose alternative solutions.
•    Comfortable working with international colleagues in our fast-paced startup environment (Fluency in English is a must).
•    Savvy with front-end web development/programming who can take our ideas and turn them into reality in our platform.
•    Is knowledgable in creating simple animated effects within the site (like what we have throughout the site).
•    Comfortable documenting their findings, implementations and processes.
•    Proficient managing multi-language websites / plugins.
•    Availability within standard working office hours, Central European time.
•    Freelancer contract arpox 40-50 hours a month (depending on the workload)
