Wordpress/Woocommerce 'Coming soon' landing page (single page website development)

Requirements :
To create a single page e-commerce website on Wordpress/Woocommerce. Domain name has been purchased from Namecheap and web hosting purchased from SiteGround.  The domain name from Namecheap has been successfully transferred to the web hosting in SiteGround.

No plugins/extensions have been purchased yet.
The single page website is for a 'Coming Soon' landing page to create awareness of our brand first. Example: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/600878775266084644/
The photo for the 'Coming Soon' landing page should be in a GIF format.

'Coming Soon' landing page should also have a place for customers to key in e-mail addresses. This is for us to build up our contact list before product launch.

Website should be mobile friendly as well.
