Responsibilities
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for data quality, reporting, analytics, system security as well as day-to-day support

The HRIS Analyst provides expert level knowledge of Workday and employee data management

Utilizes functional Recruiting knowledge combined with technical Workday experience to configure, maintain, and support the Recruiting function

Be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of all Workday systems for Recruiting

Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plans for upgrades, assist in review and management of bi-annual Workday releases, train others, as needed

Work with SMEs, technical teams, and business process owners to research and evaluate alternatives, citing evidence in support of and making recommendations

Manage and diagnose issues through ticket management and on-call support
