Youtube Content Manager for Viral Strategy and Community Engagement (Spanish Native)

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative YouTube Content Manager to oversee our Spanish-language YouTube channel. The primary responsibilities include identifying viral video ideas and trending topics, creating and translating engaging video scripts (utilizing AI tools for efficiency), managing the content workflow on Trello, coordinating with video editors, performing final video reviews, and uploading content to YouTube. Additionally, the role requires active engagement with our audience by replying to comments to foster a strong community. A native Spanish speaker is essential for this role to ensure authentic and culturally relevant content.

Payment will be $100-200 per month + bonuses based on channel performance and base salary will be growing together with the channel. Low start, but high earning potential in the longrun.
