Addressing customer service problems
Collaborate with the design team for the visual design of campaigns

Requirements
Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills

This person will be sourcing new customers mostly in the Educational sector and will receive inbound leads and be responsible for converting leads to customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develops and implements individual territory sales programs for Video-Edu educational technology products
• Demonstrates products as requested
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships
• Generates new leads and opportunities within designated territory
• Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports as required
• Contacts customers frequently, advancing market presence and overall penetration
• Maintains updates with customers regarding products, procedures and questions
• Attends meetings and industry related shows when required
• Reports on new competitive products or changes in existing products
Requirements
• 2-3 years of technical sales experience in a scientific, engineering, educational industry
• Proven territory development and management experience
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
• Currently there is no travel associated with this role due to COVID-19 restrictions, but travel will be required again once restrictions are lifted.
• Ability to drive to appointments within defined sales territory
• Ability to drive to various metropolitan areas in the Pacific Northwest region
