What It Is
Advantage Webcast Series is a daily broadcast where panelists (expert consultants from our Probono Network) discuss the daily changing market conditions amid COVID-19 and what small and medium businesses should do in rapid response to transform their strategic plans.
A webcast is a media presentation distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology to distribute a single content source to many simultaneous listeners/viewers. A webcast may either be distributed live or on demand. Essentially, webcasting is "broadcasting" over the Internet.
Our target changed they behavior consuming digital consultancy during COVID19 outbreak and webcast was the easy way to continue engaging them and track their actions in WA program.
How We Deliver
Advantage Webcast Series is hold on Zoom, setting up a recurrent meeting with mandatory registration. It gives the participants the same link for each session, and they can set up the number of sessions they should attend.
Later WA team collect the registrations audience to build a mailing campaigns.

We share the sessions recorded as part of the digital engagement adding content related (assets for the Advantage app).

For each session, 4-5 expert consultants are invited to join the webcast and participate with their expert opinion and recomendations on the matter. An email is sent to the advisor before the webcast as a formal invitation (PFA)
During each session, Carolina Arango is the Webcast moderator and ask questions to drive conversations with all participants and consultants.
Entrepreneurs are encouraged to ask questions to advisors and get live consultancy for each particular situation.
At the end of every Webcast we sent an email to Advisors to thank their participation (pfa) and another email is sent to audience to thank their interest on the broadcast and give them the name and mail of the advisors that participated in the webcast (pfa) if they want to contact them directly also content polls to rate and receive feedback.
Before the webcast is broadcast, hard data is analized to summarize the key insight on the topic that is going to be adressed during the webcast, an image, an infographic, and a promotional video are created and launched in social network to let the audience know the topic for each date and the verified information about it.
Advertising is made in LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
The link to the registration for the Zoom session is also shared, 2-3 days before the broadcast. (PFA example)
Key insights and recommendations given by advisors are shared with audiences in the website dedicated for Covid-19 resources, hosted in the WF Latam site.
This change the way we help SME’s, hope we can implemented in India as well.
