Role Overview
First and foremost, we're looking for someone who is excited about what we're doing and has a strong customer focus. You don't need to know anything about menu data, but should be excited to learn as we're building and owning an entirely new market.
We’re looking for Dutch Transcribers to join our fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts. Our Data Specialist team is the pulse of Woflow, ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools for multiple lines of business (LOB).
Responsibilities
Use Woflow’s proprietary suite of tools to perform a variety of data structuring and standardization tasks -> menu transcription!
Work closely with team leaders and quality managers to ensure daily/weekly/monthly output targets are met on time and accurately.
Attend Quality and Development meetings (as invited) and keep up to date with all learning/training materials for the relevant LOB.
Help us identify issues with the data structuring and standardization process as they arise and make improvement suggestions.
Requirements
Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch with excellent grammar skills (if you speak German too, it’s a huge bonus!)
Conversational English skills.
Min. 1 year experience in doing similar work in data entry or data processing -- previous experience in transcription jobs will help you tremendously.
You're well organized and extremely detail-oriented.
You're curious and driven. You'll find the answer if you don't know it.
A great approach to a high level of accuracy work and ability to follow instructions.
