The learning manager will be in charge of designing and implementing the learning agenda for Hacking HR, including: events, micro-classes, learning library, among others.
The best candidate for this position will have a good understanding of the Human Resources profession and the trends impacting HR and the future of work. This person will design the learning content for the monthly learning themes, micro-classes, and learning library.
More specifically, the person we are looking for will:
Design the topics that will be covered within each of the pre-established monthly themes
Curate and invite speakers for the topics
Design the micro-classes following the structure provided. Micro-classes will be divided in two kinds: tactical, urgent and relevant; strategic, important and long-term. The first kind of micro-classes will be a response to quick changing circumstances.
The second kind follows long-term trends.
Curate and invite the faculty for the micro-classes
Curate content for the learning library
Technical abilities include:
