We are seeking a skilled and dynamic community manager to join our team. Our client is an esteemed executive coach and speaker who operates in both English and Spanish-speaking markets. As a bilingual professional, you'll play a crucial role in curating and cultivating our client's social media presence across platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
As our Bilingual Community Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies across diverse social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok.
Content Posting and Scheduling: Create a comprehensive content plan and ensure timely posting across all social media channels. Coordinate posts at optimal times for maximum visibility and engagement.
Language Proficiency: Proficiently manage content creation, ensuring accuracy and fluency in both English and Spanish. Fluency in both languages is an essential requirement for this role.
Collaborative Ideation: Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to ideate and conceptualize engaging content ideas. You'll also have to analyze the performance of campaigns and posts.
Performance Analysis: Utilize tools such as Metricool and Meta to monitor and measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. You'll provide insights through metrics reports every two weeks, using platforms like Canvas or Google Slides. As a team, we use Asana to manage our projects.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Bilingual Proficiency: A strong command of both English and Spanish is essential. Candidates without fluent proficiency in both languages will not be considered for this position.
Social Media Savviness: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, individuals, or organizations, with a keen understanding of each platform's nuances.
Creativity: A knack for generating innovative and attention-grabbing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance social media strategies.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools such as Metricool and Meta, as well as tools like Canvas or Google Slides for creating metrics reports.
Trial Period and Contract Extension:
This role will commence with a one-month trial period.
Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance and align with our vision may be offered an extended contract ranging from 3 to 6 months upon successful completion of the trial period.
