The evolutions will consist of getting the character from fat to normal to muscle/fit, following the following guidelines:
(-2): fat and lazy
(-1): chubby and funny
(0):  normal, not fat! Not skinny! No muscle
(1): a little fit, thinner waist, little bit bigger chest, little bit more muscle overall
(2): even more fit than the previous one, one cool vein on the arm
(3): super fit, muscles are biggest, some cool veins here and there..
