our company is seeking a bookkeeper/controller to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining financial records on a daily basis. This includes regular data entry and reconciliation of invoices, monitoring cash flow, handling ACH transactions, checks, and sporadic cash deliveries, as well as assisting with credit approvals and onboarding new credit customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of finance principles, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to work independently within the US Mountain Standard Time zone (MST). Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a must, as these tools will be essential for your daily tasks.
