Handle the customer support of e-commerce stores for US Customers
Main tasks:
- Answer phone calls, e-mails, and chat requests
- Check inventory and orders' status;
- Clarify product and shipping processes, supporting the customers to complete purchases
- Finding solutions for helping the customer to buy from us (a product model with the best fit/stock availability)
- Interact with suppliers so obtain products and shipping information and to make sure orders are going smoothly
- Keeping Spreadsheets, Storefront and Customer updated on the orders' status
- Processing orders
What we need from you:
- Speak English fluently
- Great communication skills
- Be a fast learner
- Be a team player
Availability: Mon-Fri, 1pm-5pm CST
Type of business: e-commerce (dropshipping based)
