We are looking for a data entry to assist our firm at the front desk, our firm a multi dynastic is in need of data entry who can assist in transferring data, hard copy files, and other information into digital formats, also in excel the data entry will also assist in scheduling of emails, meetings presentation and fast attention to queries issues, the data entry will use tools like a Word processor to enter data, as well as special data entry devices to assist with typing speeds, data entry clerk will take a source document and transfer it to a digital version either as a Word file or spreadsheet file.
Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities
Check for incomplete documents and set aside.
Provide ongoing data entry work.
Check the original source document for incomplete data.
Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to add data.
Work closely with an administrative assistant to help with data entry needs.
Assist with any data entry task.
Assist with administrative duties that fall in line with data entry.
Take source documents and begin transferring them to digital formats.
