We are seeking a talented individual as a Marketing Assistant to work alongside our small Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in communication, marketing and sales experience in order to best assist the salesperson with building a lead funnel and closing sales, with a focus on lead nurturing through web processes such as email, content, and social channels.
Duties would include handling contacts in our CRM, following up with prospective clients via email or phone, helping promote our educational webinars, sending out company branded “swag” packages, engaging with prospective clients on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In), and helping to better define and systematize this new position. 1 or 2 trips a year to national conferences and trade shows will most likely be a part of this position. All travel expenses would be paid.
We are looking for someone driven to succeed, someone that enjoys marketing and sales, and someone with a sense of processes and systems in order to make this position as streamlined and automated as possible. This is a remote position where you can work from home, and hours will start in the 15-20 hours/week range and could increase from there.
The goal is to help the company increase their sales and take some of the marketing and follow-up tasks off of the salesperson’s schedule. Helping open doors and form relationships with prospects is crucial, helping build the lead funnel is the primary goal, and adding creativity and passion to the position is a must.

Pay scale will be in the $13-$15 range, raises and/or bonuses dictated by sales opportunities and success.
