Introduction: FFmpeg can read various raw audio types (sample formats) and demux or mux them into different containers (formats). For example, you can read and write raw pcm audio into a wav container. Or convert between raw types.
Specifications:
• Write a method in C# to take an input audio stream in any format supported by FFmpeg or Libav and converts it to an output stream with decoded audio in 8 kHz, 16 bit, mono (PCM, raw audio).
• The code should change the physical frame structure and header according to the new container.
• The code should be C# (alternatively, purely managed C++ is also acceptable).
• It should be possible to instantiate multiple instances of above classes and use them at the same time.

We take a combination of images and videos that we want to normalize and join to get a unique video

* Each Image must have a duration of 3 seconds
* Normalize the videos so that they are 1920 x 1080
* We are using libx264 to normalize video output, but we want a solution more efficient with the best quality results and quickly
* Optimize execution times with a balance between quality and weight
* Is required to make with FFMPEG

Hello,

i have a question for you and a potecial order.
Iam working on a school project, where I need to do this and I am having these problems:

1) I am already using and playing with ffmpeg
2) The goal is to Merge (combine / mix) 2 or more tracks together.
3) So if I have one track with Guitar, and second track with drums.
After mixing the tracks you will hear the guitar with drums together (same function like audacity or other DAW)
4) The Mixing function works but
5) the problem is: after the mixing is done and sound is exported, one of the volume is decrased.
So I can hear guitar quite well with the same volume as the original single track. But the Drums are now much lower then the original track of drums.

6) I already tested, that function "normalise" don't work... The results are same
7) You can use -filter loudnorm 1.5 and incrase the volume of one track by 50%. But this is not the solution.

8) Iam looking for a command, that will solve this problem with merging audios.
