The website under construction is for the purpose of property management. It is platform used as a source of information for the landlords whose properties are being managed, as well as means of communication for property managers, existing and future tenants.

The website is there, but not in its final shape yet. Some functions are yet to be done, including adjusting tenancy agreements (that are powered by Docusign) and plugging in deposit protection scheme. Other than that, the website needs to become less confusing and easier to use.

We are looking for a person who has had experience with PHP language, is flexible, agreeable and intuitive. The specification will be provided and explained, but the work is not limited to it.
