Duties include timely submission of clean claims electronically and following up on uppaid claims as identified through EOB's and aging report. Will call insurance companies to ensure claims are processed/reprocessed properly or to determine reason for denials. Reviews outstanding patient balances weekly and reports to supervisor any collection problem or trends.
This position is located in Central Phoenix (approx. 16th Street & Glendale). This position would be full-time, benefited, Monday through Friday.

duties and responsibilities:
enters payments and denials in patient’s accounts.
Works denials and submits company write offs to Administrator.
Keeping management informed of billing issues.
Answers phones and assists patients with their questions.
Works requests and problems from insurance companies, patients, etc.
Balances payment and charge batches.
Files daily work.
Prepares and submits claims to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper.
Answers questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies.
Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints.
Performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers.
Processes payments from insurance companies.

The situation:
I'm strategic planning consultant. I develop a strategic plans for businesses in different industries. I submit my deliverable in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel format.
My engagement start from one month to four months depend on the project scope. Besides, I get several project on-going at the same time.
Usually, i sketch my desired outcome using (Pen and paper) before start working on the laptop (PowerPoint). This help me have a clear picture on what I want to do on powerpoint. However..

The complication:
I do not have the time to create the PowerPoint slides (Drawing the slide to write the text).
The slide nature:
1) a structured slide with "Objects" more than "images". The pictures is illustrative only for specific idea.
2) It includes management related slides ( Gantt chart, FlowChart, Process flow, Activity cycle, etc.)
3) It may include Financial chart (bar chart, histogram, etc.) However it is not my priority. This can be handle by my team.
4) All is in editable format so my client can use the slide when i handover the project.
