A Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. PM plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed the entire way.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Previous project planning and team management experience.
Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with project management software tools (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum).
