experience in data center infrastructure management, data center full lifecycle from commissioning to decommissioning, maintenance, monitoring and transformation
area of responsibilities:
take-on the position of datacenter lead for your allocated site
dc lead (tower position dc)
take full ownership of the datacenter and all accompanying contracts 3rd party suppliers and partners
supplier management through affective communication monitoring and reporting, based on the feedback from the customer and results driven by the agreed sla and kpi
change control process, submitting / approving and acting as an approving stakeholder
demand management, ensuring the process is followed and the customer is informed and updated from initiation to delivery
team management, working to manage and mentor the team from within and acting as a mentor and stand-in in time of sickness and holidays
holistic view of the impact and effect of all your actions within the datacenter on the business across local and geographical environments
datacenter co-ordinator, manage all documentation and design activities, run, and manage the scheduled and unscheduled datacenter shutdowns, act as the onsite representative for the mim team and be able to deliver calm and effective control and management of the environment in a crisis
ownership of the datacenter and management of that datacenter, you must know the site and be able to effectively own all issues and risks and have the ability to appropriately escalate when your responsibility boundaries are crossed or about to be crossed.
As required on occasions to work outside normal working hours and if required be part of an on-call roster
Run and participate in all Governance meetings taking minutes and action points, tracking, and closing within agreed timelines

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager (Ecommerce) to provide leadership and assistance for new and existing ecommerce projects. This is a key role that reports directly to the Managing Director.
We design and build ecommerce projects based on the existing demands we find on the Australian market.
Our office is located in Australia, with employees in the Philippines and China. We are happy to find new employees from Asia.
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with other employees, assisting and ensuring the progress of the Branding, Marketing, Product Research, Products Quotation, Competitor Research, with the overall objective being:
Ensuring that the operations of the Company’s new and existing brands are progressing towards profitable operations.
Driving the pursuit of new business opportunities of the Company and streamlining existing brands operations;
Supporting the Managing Director with ideas and solutions;
Supporting the Company with high quality services and commitment;
The role will be responsible for:
Spying competitors of the same niche with the tools we provide and finding new market/products opportunities that could drive revenue.
Ensuring that new business opportunities are identified and captured;
Managing and developing, with other employees, the progress of new business opportunities;
Identifying competitive solutions’ strengths and weaknesses;
Planning new project/product launches and drive the cross-functional implementation of those plans to achieve desired business outcomes’
Coordinate with supplier to request quotation and availability of products;
Coordinate with Copywritter and Graphic Designer, ensuring new products are available on website with quality.

While not mandatory, our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or have the right can-do attitude.
