Ficha Suscripcion Sim - Cambios

We need to add some additional business rules to an existing web-form (PHP/Wordpress).

A customer is invited to subscribe to one or several products via an email campaign. In the email to the customer is a link which opens an online form called “Ficha suscripcion SIM”.

This 'project' is to add additional business rules which need to be applied to the existing web-form.

Please see attached document for the full description. Basically it are small validations which need to be added.
