Ai Agent Developer — Rag Knowledge Base & Client-Facing Agent Dashboard (Gohighlevel)

We run Level Up, a coaching and mentorship program that helps coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners scale their businesses and income online. Our program is delivered through Gohighlevel (ghl), which hosts our course content, client profiles, and crm notes.

We're looking for an experienced Ai agent developer to build two interconnected systems for our members.

scope of work

1 - knowledge base ai (course-aware chat agent)
ingest all existing course lessons, video recordings, transcripts, and program materials from our ghl portal and build a retrieval-augmented generation (rag) knowledge base. This powers an in-portal chat agent that members can query - getting answers grounded in our content, strategies, and coaching methodology. The agent must also read individual client notes from GHL so responses can be personalised to each member's history and context.

2 - Agent dashboard (9-agent suite)
A clean dashboard inside the member portal displaying approximately 9 specialist AI agents. Members click an agent to open a dedicated chat interface. Planned agents include:
- Visual clarity tool: help members build and refine their offer presentation
- Sales agent: sales strategy, script coaching, DM and conversation support
- Content agent: post ideas, copy, and content repurposing
- Business model agent: pricing, packaging, and program structure
- Marketing strategy agent: lead gen and outreach planning
- Mindset and productivity agent: based on our program frameworks
- Program delivery agent: onboarding, client experience, and retention
- Tech stack agent: GHL, automations, and tools support
- Weekly planning agent: goal-setting and accountability

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience building rag systems and production ai agents (please share examples)
- strong gohighlevel integration experience: api, custom values, contact notes, membership areas
- experience with vector databases and embedding pipelines (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase pgvector)
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Ability to build or embed a clean, mobile-friendly dashboard ui within ghl or as a hosted page
- experience handling unstructured content (video transcripts, lesson recordings, pdfs)

nice to have
- experience with coaching or online education platforms
- familiarity with make, zapier, or n8n for ghl automation
- previous work embedding ai into membership or course environments
