We are a founder-led healthcare operations startup seeking a highly skilled AI-native full-stack engineer to lead the refinement and evolution of our existing Minimum Viable Product (MVP) into a robust and scalable enterprise SaaS platform. The platform is designed to revolutionize healthcare operations through workflow orchestration, deterministic rules systems, operational automation, and advanced AI-assisted workflows, all within a highly regulated environment. We already have existing product logic and prototype workflows in place. We are looking for a professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, applying strong systems thinking, and capable of rapid iteration using modern AI tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience with technologies such as Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and a proven track record in building scalable SaaS architectures. The initial engagement will focus on critical architecture refinement, workflow evolution, and targeted implementation, with significant potential for a longer-term partnership as our platform continues to grow and expand.
