Animated Youtube Intro

I want to create a high-energy video intro for Eddy Nieblas, optimized for TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts. The intro should be 15–20 seconds long, vertical (9:16, 1080x1920, 30fps).
The main element will be a custom animated character inspired by Eddy Nieblas. The character should look like him but stylized enough to be iconic and brandable. He should wear trendy streetwear (urban casual), possibly holding a phone or mic to represent chisme/gossip. Facial features should be recognizable but slightly exaggerated, with confident and playful energy. The animation style should be smooth and snappy, with expressive gestures (pointing, crossing arms, nodding). The character should interact with text on screen.
Visual Style:
Dark backgrounds with neon accents (reds, blues, purples).
Bold, all-caps text overlays in a modern sans-serif font.
Effects like glitch transitions, zooms, light streaks, and glow outlines.
Motion blur on fast moves to add cinematic energy.
Structure:
Opening (0–3s): Screen glitch effect → character appears. First bold word appears (e.g., “exclusive” or “noticia”).
Middle (3–12s): Quick cuts with text overlays. Character gestures at or interacts with the words.
Closing (12–20s): Character strikes a strong final pose (arms crossed or holding mic/phone). Neon logo/text lock-up of “eddy nieblas.” Flash/glitch outro.
Technical Notes:
Character can be created as either a 2D vector rig (Illustrator + After Effects) or a 3D stylized avatar (Blender).
Must deliver editable project file (After Effects or Blender) for future edits.
Character assets should also be exported separately (transparent background PNG sequences) so they can be reused in other content.
