Inicialmente trabajaremos con esto

entonces tu iniciarias con sincronizacion inicial en el login, si ya descargo la info en el movil y cierra sesión no deberia volver a sincronizar.

El boton del cliente gps que no se detenga

cuando ingresa  un cliente con un nit que ya existe en bd este se actualiza, el deberia mostrar que el nit ya existe.
