Argentine Accountant (Contador Público) for Sas Setup and E-commerce Tax Compliance

We are a China-based company assisting Chinese entrepreneurs who want to establish and operate e-commerce businesses in Argentina. We are looking for an experienced Argentine Contador Público to provide company formation support and ongoing accounting and tax advisory services for Argentine SAS (Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada) companies focused on e-commerce activities through Mercado Libre Argentina and other digital platforms. The project includes: 1. Company Formation (SAS Incorporation) Support the incorporation and registration of SAS companies in Argentina. Provide guidance on corporate, accounting, and tax requirements. Assist with registration procedures before relevant authorities. 2. Monthly and Annual Accounting & Tax Services Ongoing accounting and tax compliance, including: Monthly bookkeeping and accounting records. vat (iva) calculation, preparation, and filing. Gross Income Tax (Ingresos Brutos / IIBB) and municipal tax compliance. Management of e-commerce withholding and collection regimes (retenciones/percepciones). Regular tax advice and optimization strategies. Annual Income Tax (Impuesto a las Ganancias) filing. Annual tax planning. Preparation of annual financial statements and accounting reports. Preferred Qualifications: Registered Argentine Public Accountant (Contador Público). Experience with SAS companies in Argentina. Experience with e-commerce businesses, especially Mercado Libre sellers. Knowledge of iva, iibb, ganancias, arca (former afip) procedures. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is highly appreciated. Experience working with foreign shareholders is a plus.
