Automation & Ai Workflow Expert for Business Process Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Automation Expert to design, build, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows for our diverse client base. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about connecting various business tools, eliminating repetitive tasks, and enhancing operational efficiency through advanced automation and artificial intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Design & Implementation:
* Develop robust automation workflows utilizing leading platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar integration tools.
* Seamlessly integrate critical business applications including CRMs, scheduling software, invoicing systems, and communication platforms.
* Implement cutting-edge AI tools, such as large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and generative AI for media (e.g., MidJourney), to significantly streamline and optimize client operations.

Client Onboarding & Delivery:
* Accurately translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable automation specifications.
* Configure, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and performance.
* Create comprehensive documentation for all implemented workflows, catering to both client understanding and internal reference.

Optimization & Troubleshooting:
* Proactively monitor the performance of existing automations, identify and resolve errors, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
* Research and recommend innovative tools and strategic approaches to further enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
* Ensure all automation solutions adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards.

Collaboration:
* Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants to define project scope, establish clear deliverables, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
* Provide technical expertise and conduct workflow training sessions to support our Client Success team.
