The Branding Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining high-impact brand identities that drive recognition and consistency across all digital and print assets.

Project overview

Key Responsibilities Design comprehensive brand systems including logos, typography, and color palettes. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across platforms. Work closely with ui and ux designers to integrate branding into digital experiences. Conceptualize and execute print and digital marketing materials. Utilize AI tools like MidJourney for rapid mood board development. Essential Skills & Tools Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Google Slides, AI-assisted branding tools. Skills: Logo design, brand identity development, typography, composition, color theory, storytelling. AI/Automation: Experience with AI tools for branding ideation and efficiency. Experience & Qualifications Senior: 5+ years in branding, with a strong portfolio of real-world brand applications. Mid-Level: 3–5 years in branding, demonstrating a solid understanding of identity design and execution. Junior: 1–3 years of experience, eager to develop expertise in branding and brand system development. Portfolio & Work Expectations Strong portfolio showcasing real-world brand applications (e.g., Packaging, social media, websites). Ability to create detailed branding guidelines and assets. Demonstrated ability to evolve brand identities while maintaining consistency. Soft Skills & Work Ethic Strong conceptual and strategic thinking. Detail-oriented and creative problem solver. Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to balance multiple branding projects effectively.
