Main Activities • Understand the current brand value in our potential employee target. • Identify strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan to address them. • Assure permanent coordination with Recruiting Teams to maximize results. • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans to support our employer brand. • Work internally with the Marketing teams to ensure brand alignment and action implementation. • Develop a complete employer branding strategy with a content calendar, target personas, key topics, and distribution channels. What Are We Looking For • Proven work experience in Employer Branding or an equivalent field. • Must be familiar with digital marketing practices like social media, performance, content, analytics. • Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented. • Should be highly organized with excellent time management and task prioritization skills. • Experience in IT industries (desirable).
