Diplomat Motors is looking for a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our growing team! We need a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage and respond to leads, schedule appointments for our sales team, and ensure that every customer inquiry is addressed promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:
Respond to all incoming leads, including Facebook, website inquiries, and other digital platforms.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives and follow up to confirm attendance.
Maintain a consistent follow-up process to ensure all leads are engaged.
Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.
Track and manage lead responses in our CRM system.
Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.

Project overview

Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or sales-related role is preferred.
