We are looking for an experienced Airbnb review dispute specialist to help us remove or modify unfair, inaccurate, or policy-violating reviews on Airbnb.
This is a performance-based job where you will be paid per successful dispute resolution. You must have prior experience disputing reviews on Airbnb and a strong understanding of Airbnb’s review policies to ensure the best chances of success.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and identify disputable reviews based on Airbnb’s policies.
Craft and submit compelling dispute requests.
Communicate effectively with Airbnb support to follow up on disputes.
Provide updates and results on each case.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience disputing Airbnb reviews successfully.
✔ Strong understanding of Airbnb’s review policies and TOS.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
✔ Detail-oriented and proactive.
Payment:
💰 Payment is per successful dispute.
