Canva Template Designer for 25-30 Illustrator/Pdf Design Conversions

we are seeking a skilled canva designer to recreate 25 to 30 existing designs from illustrator and pdf files into fully editable canva templates. The goal is to build a clean, organized and reusable Canva template library for marketing campaigns, social media assets and print materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The freelancer must analyze the Illustrator and PDF files and rebuild each design natively inside Canva using Canva tools, fonts, shapes, spacing and effects. Uploading png or svg elements is only allowed when something cannot be built in canva. All templates must be fully editable, visually accurate and consistent with our brand.

folder structure and naming
the designer will organize the templates into folders in my canva account, such as print, instagram, tiktok and web. All templates must follow this naming convention: EJ_[Type][Platform][Format]_V1. Examples: EJ_Poster_Print_A2_V1, EJ_Story_IG_1080x1920_V1, EJ_VideoCover_TikTok_1080x1920_V1.

DELIVERABLES
Deliverables include 25 to 30 high quality Canva templates rebuilt as native Canva work, placed in the correct folders and prepared for easy reuse. Designs must closely match the Illustrator originals with clean alignment, spacing and proportions. Improvements are welcome if they make the Canva version better.

TIMELINE
One test template must be delivered today. After approval, the remaining templates should be completed next week.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Canva experience, experience converting Illustrator designs into Canva, high accuracy and clear communication.
