Changing trigger: from telegram to webhook

Hi. I have a pyhton code that is activated via Telegram bot. I need to activate this python code via a POST to webhook.
The python code receives its trigger and execute functions on Tradingview API, there is no need to make changes here, I just need to change the trigger way to activate the code.

And I would like to run it on a google function.
