We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead and oversee clinical projects from planning through execution and closure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory and GxP/GEP compliance, along with in-depth knowledge of Regulatory Authority (RA) and Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements across various regions. This role requires a professional capable of translating complex regulatory protocols into actionable project steps and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure full regulatory and GxP/GEP compliance throughout all project phases.
* Implement ra/moh requirements and protocol guidelines across diverse geographical regions.
* Plan, execute, and successfully close clinical projects within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
* Develop comprehensive project timelines and effectively manage risks, resources, and milestones.
* Oversee detailed budget forecasting, monitor burn rates, and implement robust scope change control processes.
* Lead and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams, including Clinical, Epidemiology, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance (PVG), ensuring accountability.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with sponsors, vendors, and all relevant stakeholders.
* Translate complex project requirements and regulatory mandates into clear, actionable steps for the team.
* Proactively anticipate potential issues, develop strategic mitigation plans, and adapt swiftly to regulatory or operational changes.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional clinical project management experience.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, Gxp/gep standards, and ra/moh requirements.
* Proven ability to interpret and apply clinical protocols across different regions.
* Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including risk, resource, and milestone management.
* Proficient in study plan development and the use of various project management tools.
* Experience with budget forecasting, burn-rate monitoring, and effective scope control.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and providing actionable guidance.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach to risk anticipation and adaptability to change.
