Need a content planner and writer for a Vacation House Rental and an E-commerce social media accounts. Leadership and design skills are a PLUS! I'm looking for someone who replace me since I'm taking another role at my company.

Project overview

Hi! I'm the owner of a small marketing agency seeking someone who is committed to growing and actively participating in my projects. I've been growing fast, and I can't keep track of doing content planners or writing the captions for each post since I'm taking charge of the ADS. I have 2 clients where my current employees are not committed, and I can see it in the numbers we are having on our accounts. I need someone who has leadership, speaks English and Spanish, who has experience in e-commerce, loves to travel, and has experience as a traveler. One of my clients rents properties in Florida, and the other one sells plant medicine products. Having content designer skills is a huge PLUS!
