• Key Responsibilities:

•  Optimize conversion funnels to maximize revenue.
•  Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Requirements:
•  No formal degree required – we value creativity, initiative, and results over formal education.
•  Must be Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English.
•  Strong interest in digital marketing, user growth, and data-driven decision-making.
•  Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media promotion, seo/sem, or marketing automation is a plus.

•  You are proactive, a fast learner, and love testing new ideas. You enjoy thinking outside the box, discovering low-cost, high-impact growth opportunities, and turning experiments into measurable results.

Compensation:
•  Initial 3-month evaluation period.
•  Top performers will receive a $500 bonus and priority for long-term contract position.

Project overview

Deliverables Goal within the 3-month evaluation period: • Make Growth Plan: Deliver a growth strategy plan, outlining key channels, tactics, and expected outcomes. • Experiments: Execute at least 3–5 growth experiments (e.g., Social media campaigns, community outreach, referral programs, etc) and document results. • User Growth Goal: Acquire XX more new paying users (monthly or annual subscribers, stable payment for at least 1 month) within 3 months and achieve a measurable increase in user sign-ups (target to be finalized together). • Revenue Impact: Demonstrate a clear positive impact on revenue (e.g., Higher conversion rates, generated sales, or qualified leads). • Performance Report: Submit a comprehensive report at the end of 3 months, summarizing results, key insights, and recommended next steps.
