Content Production System Architect & Manager for Scalable Funnel Performance

we are seeking an expert to design and execute scalable content production systems. The goal is to ensure fast setup, cost discipline, and reliable output that is directly aligned with funnel performance. This role involves designing reusable content formats and templates, including short-form, educational, and CTA-driven content.

The successful candidate will define the tone, structure, and quality standards necessary for content to scale effectively. A key responsibility will be to architect production workflows that integrate human, AI, and hybrid execution models, deciding which content is best produced by each method. You will define the fastest viable production flow for launch and iteration, building template-driven systems that creators can use with minimal friction. This includes planning and rapidly spinning up production with lean team structures.

The role also requires proposing sourcing strategies for creators, editors, and AI operators across various platforms, marketplaces, and communities. You will provide rough cost estimates per format and throughput, clearly explaining assumptions, and optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost. It is crucial to ensure that scripts, structures, and calls-to-action align with specific funnel stages and platform acquisition goals. Maintaining low dependency on individual contributors through comprehensive documentation and robust systems is also a core requirement.

Requirements for this role include strong systems thinking in content production, a proven ability to design scalable templates and workflows, and comfort making pragmatic trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost. You must be able to quickly establish functional production teams and possess a deep understanding of how content supports funnels and conversion. An operational mindset with a bias toward execution is essential. Working proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have qualifications include experience producing influencer or educational content, familiarity with AI video, voice, or script tools, and experience managing freelancers or distributed teams.
