We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support and Returns Specialist to manage customer inquiries and process returns for our SaaS website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to emails promptly and efficiently, as well as accurately handling all product return requests. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. The position involves working 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.
