Context Signal Detection on Android (Research Demo App)

(Great fit for a junior Android dev or student building a portfolio project)

Looking for someone that can build a research/demo app for Androird that runs in the background and detects users context changes using phone sensors to better understand how daily context naturally shifts over time.

What we are looking for this app to have:

Runs in the background using a foreground service and is capable or reading:
- accelerometer (motion intensity)
- microphone (ambient noise level only, no recording)
- barometer / pressure (if available)

Derives context signatures from sensor combinations
Logs a snapshot only when context changes
Adds a heartbeat snapshot if context stays stable for a long time

Stores data locally
Exports data as a clean CSV file

Important constraints:
- No GPS
- No audio recording or storage
- No backend / no cloud
- Minimal UI (single screen)

Deliverable:

- APK or Play Internal Test build
- Clean CSV export
- Short README
