Preciso criar um PARSER que converterá um arquivo txt em uma tabela de dados  para salvar no excell ou banco de dados.

Esse arquivo txt está com dados desorganizado.
* O Script precisa ignorar algumas linhas. cada cadastro tem tem um inicio e fim
*inicio do script " Nome: "  -    fim do script " Pai: "
