Duties:
Content writing about:
teaching English, tips, exercises,lessons, activities, recommendations, etc. Posting  2-3 articles or posts  on a weekly basis. The subject of such post will be coordinated with me or one of my other assistants.

E.S.L. Blog building and management:
Help me manage a blog for students of English as a second language:
Posting, deleting or editing old posts, updating things on blog, tweaking things on blog  (WordPress ), fine-tuning blog in general ( some technical knowledge of WordPress) or willing to be trained.
Basic knowledge of social media:
Able to post on Facebook and interact with community on our Facebook page, and our Facebook groups. Also twitter and google hangouts
Email: Manage incoming and outbound email with GMail and MailChimp
Screen-Casting:
will be doing a lot of screencasting with tools such as Jing, Cantasia or screenflow which all have a free version. If we need a paid version we will provide it to you.

Freelancer must be a bilingual English teacher (Spanish/English) with a good working knowledge of WordPress site building and know how build and grow a blog. If technical issue is too much for freelancer, must be willing to be trained (which is a good thing)
Make extra money teaching English as as second language also. I have students.

if you had to use a webinar tool or webcasting tool on this blog, which would you recommend?
