Necessito de um aplicativo Mobile para Tablets, android e IOS, Ipad / iphone, Windows mobile com as seguintes caracteristicas:
- Receber noticias ao vivo diretamente do site que é em joomla (no mesmo momento que é publicado.
-  Transmitir videos do ao vivo(não play list do youtube) do site ou da transmissão ao vivo do facebook, periscope ou snapchat.
- Receber notificações em categorias como: Esporte, Politica, Rural etc... Com ícones para Tal.
- Publicação nos APPs Stores, IOS e Google Play e Windows Mobile
- Permitir compartilhamento com redes sociais, Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter e Linkdin, Instagran.
- Disponibilizar de forma gratuita para os usuários
- Deve conter a logo marca do site e design personalizado.
