CRM Project Details
1. Registration will be done through our website. The entire system will run in the cloud.
2. The CRM will be available in Turkish, English, and German.

3. The site will have two different login options: one for customers and one for salon staff.

4. Customers will receive a message to both their email and phone upon registration. There will be a "Get to Know You" section where customers can enter their information, such as hair color and past transactions. This section is not critical; they can also upload their own photo.

5. The management of service branches will be provided by the Central Office. The Central Office will define a branch name and password and assign an admin. This admin will be authorized to perform all operations in the branch. The admin will approve and add employees to the system. They will be able to freeze the registration of employees whose employment contracts have ended.

6. Our CRM module will have the following categories: Order Form, Customer, Personnel, Services, Cash Register, Expenses, Reports, and Settings.

7. The Services tab will contain all the service items offered by the salon. The prices for these services will also be entered into the system. Adding services and setting prices will only be done by the Admin. For example, services such as hair cutting, hair coloring, root coloring, manicure, pedicure, waxing, full body waxing, sugaring, ombre, balayage, blow-drying, blow-drying, and makeup will be created as subcategories.

8. When the customer arrives at the salon, they will register in the system via their own phone through the staff.

9. The employee providing the service in the salon will "open an order," select the customer, and add the services to the system. After completing the services, they will confirm completion on the order and direct the customer to the cashier.

10. When the customer is directed to the cashier, the cashier will select the customer from the pending payment orders in the system and collect the payment. After the payment is completed, the order will be closed.

11. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, cash, bank transfer, or debit.

12. The Reports page will display the services performed by all staff members during the month, their turnover, the number of customers served, the most frequently provided service, and their ranking in the salon in terms of turnover.

13. The Reports page will include options such as turnover within the selected time period, the staff member with the highest turnover, the service with the highest turnover, the customer with the highest turnover, and the days with the highest turnover. Services in other categories will also be available on the reports page.
14. When a customer is selected in the receipts, the last three visit dates, payments received, transactions made, paint card information, and birthday information for sending messages on special occasions will be displayed.

15. The Cashier category will include daily turnover, weekly turnover, monthly turnover, turnover within the selected date range, the service with the highest turnover, the staff member with the highest turnover, the day with the highest turnover, the customer with the highest turnover, credit card reporting, and cash reporting. 16. In the Expenses category, there will be subcategories such as official expenses, rent, electricity, water, staff salaries, social security contributions, advertising expenses, kitchen expenses, travel expenses, bonuses, and other expenses. Reporting will also be filtered by month and year.

17. To filter official transactions, areas visible to admins and users will be restricted. Reporting pages will be closed to staff. All financial and monetary matters will be visible only with the ADMIN password. The most important filtering option will be to include cash payments received during collections in reports via an extra option. An extra option will be created for encryption and reporting on tax and similar matters.
