Custom multivendor dashboard woocommerce

Hello programmers, I'm looking for a good wordpress developer to build a custom user/vendor dashboard, i plan to use a business listing theme based in woocommerce, also this theme use default woocommerce dashboard for listing statics, etc. The core of the project is for nightlife, where business owner will sell: 1- tickets/entry for their clients, 2- table reservations (booking) 3- and drink offers. I need a vendor dashboard with all features like: add/edit/delete products.

Statics like sales/earning/commissions, etc. Manage products and orders (reservations, event tickets, and drink offers) **we can use plugins for the core functions and adapt them to our projects. All i need is a MODERN front end user dashboard similar to tablelist.com also all products must use a bar-code to scan and confirm, for example, a client ordering a table reservation in Xtreme Nightclub, then receive the confirmation with a bar-code with expiration date/hour, like a voucher or something like that, then when client go to nightclub place, the host person scan their reservation and confirm the check in.

As i explain before, we can use plugins, all in need is a seamless process. Thank you very much. Waiting for serious proposal from real developers/designers with experience in this kind of project, portfolio is a plus.
