Customer Support and Sales Representative

We are a fast-growing social media management agency based in Germany, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients through compelling content and targeted strategies. In this role, you will engage with clients, build strong connections, maximize sales opportunities, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding client experience.
Requirements (Do NOT apply if you do not meet these):
Fluent in English (written & spoken.
Strong understanding.
Must be self-motivated and willing to work proactively.
Strong attention to detail.
Good and stable internet connection.
Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
A high-performance, reliable computer.
Basic office skills: Microsoft Excel, Google Services, Email etc.
Ability to follow instructions carefully (this will be tested)
Experience is good but not required
