About the Role
We’re looking for a customer support representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and fixing problems. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users and internal teams. You’ll guide customers through issues step-by-step and work closely with other teams to help improve our platform every day.
🧑💻 This is a fully remote position based in Peru, with a 40-hour workweek.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to users who need technical support.
Troubleshoot and solve problems related to VoIP, platform access, integrations, and general app behavior.
Communicate clearly and kindly through chat, email, and sometimes video calls.
Walk users through solutions in a step-by-step manner.
Document recurring issues and help improve our internal knowledge base.
Work together with our engineering, product, and customer experience teams.
Assist new users with onboarding and getting started smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or SaaS-based environments.
Solid understanding of VoIP systems or cloud platforms.
Access to a personal computer and a stable internet connection.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
English fluency (spoken and written)—this is required.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
Familiarity with networks, APIs, or browser dev tools.
Previous experience working remotely or in startups is a plus.
