Parking in public spaces is a growing challenge in many Brazilian cities, leading to traffic congestion, frustration, and inefficiencies in urban mobility. Traditional parking systems often fail to optimize pricing and availability, causing either overcrowding or underutilization of spaces. Inspired by Donald Shoup’s 85% rule, this project aims to dynamically adjust parking prices based on demand, ensuring optimal space usage while generating revenue for municipalities. The app will provide real-time parking availability, seamless mobile payments, and data-driven insights for better urban planning.
