Develop a Mobile-First Social Polling Application (Ayllu) with Flutter and Firebase

We are seeking a skilled developer to build a mobile-first social application named Ayllu. This application will allow users to create quick polls and questions, vote in real time, instantly view results, and share content socially. The primary goal of this Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is to validate user engagement, social interaction, and viral sharing behavior.

Core features for the MVP include:
* User authentication, supporting both email and social login options.
* A dynamic feed for displaying polls and questions.
* Functionality for users to create new polls with multiple answer options.
* Real-time voting capabilities and live display of results.
* Integrated social sharing features to promote content.
* Basic user profiles for personalization.
* A minimal admin dashboard for content moderation and management.

The preferred technology stack for this project is Flutter for mobile development, ensuring a native experience across Android and iOS, and Firebase (specifically Firestore for database, Authentication for user management, and Cloud Functions for backend logic) for the backend. This stack is chosen for its rapid development capabilities, inherent scalability, and robust real-time functionality.
