Develop a Multi-Purpose Ai Chatbot for Technical Support, Customer Service, and Phone Support

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to develop and implement a comprehensive multi-purpose AI chatbot solution for our tech company. This chatbot will be powered by OpenAI and integrated deeply within our Microsoft 365 environment to streamline technical support, enhance customer service, and provide efficient phone support. Key Goals for the Chatbot: Provide immediate and accurate answers to frequently asked questions, improving user self-service capabilities. Intelligently route calls and requests to the most appropriate department based on the user's situation and intent. Offer detailed technical support, covering everything from basic troubleshooting steps to advanced problem resolution, whenever feasible. Core Functionalities Required: Ticket Management: Implement capabilities for managing support tickets directly through the chatbot interface. Booking Management: Integrate with Microsoft Bookings to allow users to schedule appointments and manage bookings via the chatbot. Web Page Integration: Develop Microsoft Pages web pages that seamlessly integrate the chatbot for a consistent user experience. User Intent Recognition: Configure the chatbot to accurately recognize user intent and apply the correct logic for FAQs, departmental connections, and support workflows. Microsoft 365 & API Integration: Utilize Microsoft 365 connectors and external APIs to access and retrieve essential information such as product details, existing tickets, and knowledge base articles. Performance Monitoring: Ensure that performance metrics, including response times and escalation rates, are viewable and trackable within the Copilot Studio dashboard. Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation of the chatbot's configuration and business rules to facilitate easy content coordination and maintenance by our internal team. Deliverables: A fully functional and thoroughly tested Microsoft Teams agent. A dedicated web application that integrates the developed chatbot agent. A robust VoIP phone system, built by the freelancer, integrated with Azure Communication Services to enable comprehensive phone support. We will provide access to our Microsoft 365 environment and any necessary informational materials, including existing FAQs, technical guides, and organizational charts, to support the development process.
