Urgent Automation Specialist: Ai Phone Agent, N8n, Crm, Google Sheets Integration

We are seeking an experienced automation specialist for an urgent project to fully automate our outbound mass calling campaigns. The primary goal is to eliminate all manual tasks by integrating our existing AI phone agent (Elevenlabs) with n8n and our sales CRM, ensuring a 100% automated workflow. This project requires expertise in complex integrations and robust system development.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

1.  **Elevenlabs AI Phone Agent Integration**: Connect our operational AI phone agent from Elevenlabs with n8n to manage call initiation and data flow.
2.  **Sales CRM Integration**: Integrate n8n with our sales CRM to facilitate seamless data exchange for campaign management.
3.  **Google Sheets Database Automation**: Implement automatic reading of our prospect database from Google Sheets, enabling the ai to make calls without manual csv uploads. This includes automatically updating the Google Sheet after each call with critical information such as call results, lead status, relevant observations, and date/time of contact.
4.  **Automatic Callback System**: Configure a reliable automatic callback system with multiple attempts for contacts who do not answer, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
5.  **Post-Call Action Automation**: Automate all post-call actions using n8n, including:
    *  Automatic sending of WhatsApp messages.
    *  Automatic sending of follow-up emails.
    *  Efficient appointment management and booking through our Google Calendar booking page.
6.  **Workflow Optimization and Documentation**: Optimize and thoroughly document the entire automated workflow to ensure it is stable, scalable, and easy to maintain in the long term.

Freelancer Requirements:
*  Demonstrable experience with automation platforms like n8n or Make.
*  Proven experience integrating with Google Sheets.
*  Solid knowledge of APIs and webhooks for stable communication.
*  Previous experience with AI phone and chat agents is preferred.
*  Ability to create robust, efficient, and well-documented processes.

Our final objective is to achieve a fully automated system where the AI agent handles calls, n8n orchestrates the entire workflow, updates the database, and executes all subsequent actions without any manual intervention.
