Develop a Premium Ai Project Description Generator Web Application

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a premium, high-aesthetic web application that functions as an AI Project Description Generator. This will be a fully functional, highly interactive Single Page Application (spa) built using html, css (vanilla), and javascript.

The primary goal is to create a stunning web application where users can input a brief project idea (e.g., "I want to automate Whatsapp replies using ai") and receive a detailed, professional project description generated dynamically by ai.

The application will feature a two-step wizard:

1.  Describe your project: This sleek workspace will include a character counter for user input, preset suggestions to guide users, category tags, and project parameters (such as budget range and duration). It will also feature a premium generation trigger to initiate the AI description process.
2.  Preview & Refine: This interactive view will display the generated project description. Users will be able to edit sections, utilize copy/download utilities, and interact with an AI-refinement chat interface to further modify and perfect the generated proposal.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end development, responsive design, and experience integrating AI functionalities via APIs to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.
